They checked the moisture throughout my house to see what areas were affected and they set up right away. The crew they sent out was professional and knowledgeable. They explained the entire process to us, gave an estimated dollar amount and estimated days to complete. They worked directly with my insurance so I didn't have to go through the hassle.
