Water Damage in Panama City Florida

This loss in Panama City Florida was a result to the damage done by Hurricane Michael.  The homeowner was desperately trying to find someone to help with the damage caused to her home.  With her husband sick in the hospital she wasn't sure what to do.  She spotted SERVPRO driving through her neighborhood and flagged us down.  We then went to her property as she was in need of help.  The water had broken her windows and allowed water to affect her entire property.  We were able to get approvals from her insurance while assisting her in filing a claim.  With in 3 weeks her property was completely mitigated and ready for repairs.  She was very grateful to us assisting her as she was lost with how to handle the situation prior to our arrival.
