SERVPRO Response Guidelines

* 1-4-8 Service response guidelines.
1- Within one hour from notice of loss, a SERVPRO professional
will contact you to service arrangements.
4- Within four hours of loss notification, a SERVPRO professional
will be on-site to start mitigation services.
8- Within eight business hours of on-site arrival, a verbal
briefing of the scope of work will be communicated to the
appropriate person.
**** Exceptions may apply under certain conditions, such as local catastrophic event or storm situation.
